In which we introduce Mum 2.0

We have all heard of cases where mothers who are in social networking sites embarrassing their children unintentionally. Embarrassing photos are tagged and intrusions  between comments are most commonly seen. Some mothers might even send their children friend suggestions. Are you one of the mothers who just got into social networking? Chances are you might do something there in the future that might embarrass your child. There is where I come in to help.

Introducing Mum 2.0. What is that you just asked? Mum 2.0 is a community of mums and their kids sharing the dos and don’ts of social networking. This community is currently being supported by Telstra. There are also video tutorials introducing the general aspects of social networking for mums to watch. This is a great platform for mothers to know more about social networking. A facebook group is also available here. Plenty of polls and discussions can be found on Mum 2.0′s facebook page. Kids might also share their thoughts there.
